How do I register my Janome sewing machine and what does my warranty cover?
To register your machine warranty, sign into your Janome.ca account (or create one) and then click “Register Warranty”. Remember to hold onto your sales receipt, it is your start date for warranty coverage and represents your proof of purchase. Visit Janome.ca and select “Our Warranty” tab to see full coverage details and restrictions.
I purchased my machine on-line, is it covered under warranty?
The Janome Canada warranty is not transferable, extends only to the purchaser and from an authorized Canadian dealer. Buyer must beware when purchasing second-hand or through on-line market sites. Purchasing from an unauthorized dealer will void the warranty.

Step 1: Ensure your warranty is registered.
Step 2: Visit Janome.ca/dealer to contact an authorized Janome dealer in your area.
